1.) BA or Bs degree; MA or MS degree is preferred. Degrees should be in an area or field of specialization in which he instructs or serves as a resource.

2.) Six (6) years of teaching experience, 3 of which have been in one of Saudi Aramco Industrial Training Centers, in subjects and levels s/he will instruct or provide instructional leadership or guidance. Experience and/or training in curriculum development in area of specialization is desirable.

3.) Excellent command of oral and written English. Command of oral and written Arabic is desirable.

4.) Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team building skills.

Providing students with accurate information and help in studying pathways and courses, Universities tuition fees, accommodation and life cost in particular location.

Enroll students to Universities, fill students' applications and inform the students on the process status.

Provide essential information to students over the phone, email and face to face meeting.

Arrange student’s visa, accommodation airport pick up

Maintain and enter student’s information into the office administrative web system.

Job Description:

1. Promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all activities
2. Review Health, Safety and Environment Policy Statements on an annual basis
3. Ensure that Local Policy Statements/Fire Plans and Fire Risk Assessments are produced and quality assured
4. Devise, develop and monitor effective HSE risk assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies
5. Review and develop health and safety policies, procedures and guidance, in keeping with best practice and make recommendations on their implementation and application
6. Consult with senior managers and other line managers and give appropriate advice on formulating best-practice policies and procedures.
7. Provide independent professional advice and technical information where appropriate to senior managers and all line managers to enable discharge its statutory, common and moral obligations, keeping staff and Managers abreast of changes in HS&E Legislation and Codes of Practice.
8. Provide, or where necessary source, training for staff in relation to Health and Safety policies, practice and procedures.
9. Liaise with the UK Health and Safety Executive to ensure policies, practices and procedures meet their requirements
10. Propose, implement and monitor measures necessary to comply with H, S&E Legislation and Codes of Practice
11. Carry out or arrange workplace safety audits and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented.
12. Ensure that statutory requirements are being upheld throughout the organization such as COSHH, RIDDOR, DSE, DDA and PPE
13. Assist and support departments in the preparation of risk assessments
14. Maintain a register of First Aiders and ensure the adequate provision of first-aid and welfare
facilities
15. Ensure the implementation of Fire and Evacuation Procedure
16. Identify opportunities for continuous environmental improvement and implement these
17. Promote and coordinate the integration of environmental management and sustainability issues into policies, rules, products, services and operations
18. Provide technical support for all civil works projects
