The candidate’s responsibilities will consist of:

• The overall project Overview with respect to objectives.

• Establishment of project objectives and tracking of performance against these objectives

• Facilitate communication of project objectives

• Providing feedback for the project team

• Facilitate/Approve project deliverables

• Stakeholder management

• Internal public relations associated with the project

• Overall project team performance

• Resource Mobilization and Management

• Managing project scope, assessing issues and risks and resolving these or escalating them to the project Director or to the steering committee as necessary

• Developing project workplans, targets and timescales

• Managing project resources logistics

• Reporting of project progress to Steering Committee

• Ensuring quality of project deliverables

• Ensuring cohesiveness and productivity between all team members

• Maintaining communication with Stakeholders

• Meeting project milestones in time and on budget
