KAFD Head of Finance (Saudi Arabia) We are looking for talent in the Gulf region. We are looking for a Head of Finance for Saudi Arabia (Riyadh based role). The Role Business Partner to the KAFD Project Director providing consolidated view of the financial performance of the KAFD Monorail project. Finance and Administration lead for the Saudi Arabian legal entity including ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations, and local interface for external relationships with regulatory bodies and auditors etc. The Responsibilities • Business Partner to the KAFD Project Director. Providing full management support on all financial issues affecting the contract profitability including management of the contract EAC across all involved legal entities. • Responsibility for Financial management of the Saudi Arabian legal entity. Ensuring accurate financial statements, compliant with OSC local GAAP and other regulations/processes.
• Management of all local tax issues including all return for tax and duties, and local interface with external regulatory bodies (tax department, E&Y).Management of local site administrative functions, to include HR, IS, and office management includes: NPR procurement; HR and payroll administration and local interface with IS provider.Your Experience and Qualifications • You will be fluent in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
• Good understanding of Bombardier Transportation Financial processes with experience of Project and Business Controlling
• Degree (or equivalent) and Professional Qualification(or equivalent)
• Good understanding of local GAAP and legal requirements specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant and appropriate experience in a similar role is essential (between 5-10 years relevant case studies).
• High delivery focus and achievement orientation are essential.
• Positive attitude and honest values base. • Good understanding of long term engineering projects. The role will be based in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
