Goals/Mission:
Project controlling, targeting the reduction of costs in general to the satisfaction of the management. Controlling the projects including (i) scheduling, (ii) resource planning as well as (iii) reporting, simultaneous for all projects within KSA irrespective of their location and project value.

Working Partners/Contacts:
Internal: ME Projects, D. M., ME Proposals, Project Managers, Project Engineers, ME Design, Senior Design Engineers, Estimation Engineers, ME Production, Inter company, Commercial Project Managers, Procurement Managers, Site Managers, suppliers/customers, QA Engineer, BA, Stammhaus. External: Related clients, consultants, sub-sppliers & third party inspectors

Tasks:
- Developing and maintaining modular templates for (i) time and resource planning for man power, tools & equipment, (ii) internal and external reports. Updating the project control tool based on the Service Agreement with the Project Team for every single project on a monthly basis. Issuing of the Service Agreement (scope, time base line, responsibilities) with the Project Team for each new project at the related internal kick-off meeting. Informing the 'early warnings' to the Project Team. Solving 'conflicts' in coordination with the Project Team. Training of the Project Team for a proper use of the project tool.
