• Experience in advanced technologies like remote deployment, remote management and remote storage would be an advantage.

• Setup, integration & installation of hardware.

• Relocate equipment as required.

• Assist administrators in day-to-day activities related to server hardware.

• Receive electronic Trouble Tickets or Change Requests, as well as telephone calls from SAUDI ARAMCO system operations personnel as a main point of contact for all system related problems.

• Be a participating member of the 24×7 System administration support team, providing first line support on a roster on-call basis if problems are detected out of Basic Service Period.

• Ensure that contractually agreed response times are achieved, and problem escalations progressed in order to maintain full customer satisfaction.

• Interface with the manufacturer’s engineers over hardware and Management Software related problems, and service calls or problem escalations.

• Initiate a service call on VENDOR’s system when requested by SAUDI ARAMCO.

• Update SAUDI ARAMCO’s TT’s and CR’s in SAUDI ARAMCO’s change management system with all status updates.

• Attend SAUDI ARAMCO’s scheduled change and availability meeting to provide problem resolution status.

• Be responsible for handover of problem actions and status to all the other engineers

On behalf of the Area Management Team / Senior Management / SHE Function:

• Ensure the implementation of the SHE Policy, Framework and Standards within their area of responsibility.

• Brief SHE issues to the Area Management Team and advise on the actions required to achieve Corporate and Group compliance

• Coordinate the local deployment of Corporate and / or Group SHE standards and CS&SI Processes.

• Convene and coordinate local SHE committee meetings and provide advice. Additionally, represent the area of responsibility on SHE Functional committee meetings.

• Collate, monitor and review the Area Risk Register in accordance with the SHE Standard.

• Identify and evaluate significant health and safety risks and control improvement programmes by implementation of the Risk Assessment Process.

• Input all Accidents and Incidents and significant near hits data onto the SHE Intranet Site.

• Conduct accident investigations for all accidents / incidents and significant near hits.

• Ensure that Area SHE Training requirements are identified and implemented in consultation with the CS&SI SHE Advisor.

• Manage the Area Occupational Health Surveillance Programme and any issues arising in liaison with area Medical Centres and the Occupational Health Advisor

• Ensure all Contractors comply with the Management of Contractors SHE Standard.

• Provide Area SHE Assurance reports and Scorecard submissions as determined by the SHE Manager including update of CSR monthly reporting.

• Deliver the initial CS&SI SHE induction for new arrivals and transferees (all nationalities).

• Review and monitor the SHE Intranet Site for their area of responsibility.

• Ensure SHE Notice Boards are populated and maintained with relevant SHE information / correspondence.

• Maintain SHE Competencies in accordance with the ‘SHE Developing You’ programme.

• Ensure individual training requirements are included within the PDR process.

• To communicate effectively with people at varying levels within organisations, including supervisors, managers, directors and Executive officers.

• To be committed to the concept of a paperless office and networking community.

• To keep yourself and your colleagues motivated in order to increase SHE awareness and safety as a working practice

• To keep yourself up to date with knowledge of health and safety law and practice and attend training courses and seminars as required

• To cover for the holidays or absence of other team members, as required.
